How to use RAM 500 Lubricant in ingot casting
Pour the product into water and shake slightly.
The dilution ratio of the product with water varies between 1:10 and 1:20.
The optimum concentration should be determined by testing the base metal alloy and the working temperature.
Apply the diluted product by spray onto the billet or parts.
