ELIMOXAL KF20

Product Introduction

ELIMOXAL KF20 is a multi-purpose flux specially developed for Strontium- or Antimony-modified aluminum alloys, hypereutectic Al-Si alloys, and high-alloy aluminum grades such as Al-Mg, Al-Cu, and Al-Zn. Free from Calcium and Sodium, it promotes efficient slag separation, improves melt cleanliness, minimizes metal loss, and enhances melting efficiency in die casting and foundry applications.

Instructions for Use

1. At the end of the melting process, spread 0.05–0.10 wt.% of ELIMOXAL KF20 evenly over the molten metal.
2. Allow the flux to melt, then mix it thoroughly with the dross until a dry, powdery slag is formed.
3. Allow the flux to react with the molten metal for a short time before skimming off the slag.
