RAM 180 is a high-performance water-based forging lubricant specially developed for hot and warm forging of steel and brass. Instructions for Use

RAM 180 is supplied as a concentrate and should be diluted with water before use.
*Recommended dilution for steel: 1:10 to 1:20
*Recommended dilution for brass: 1:20 to 1:40
**The optimum dilution ratio should be determined by practical trials according to the alloy type, operating temperature, and process conditions.

Safety and Storage

• Protect the product from direct sunlight.
• Store between +5°C and +35°C.
• Use only in well-ventilated areas.
• Do not swallow or inhale the product.
• Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
• Wear a protective mask, heat-resistant gloves, and appropriate personal protective equipment during use.
