Instructions for Use

Connect the spray gun to the compressed air system and lubricant container. Adjust the air pressure according to the application requirements, then hold the nozzle at an appropriate distance from the die surface and apply a uniform lubricant coating before each production cycle. Repeat the spraying process as required based on die temperature and operating conditions to ensure consistent lubrication, longer die life, and high production quality.
