G11 / G11-G / G11 P Degassing Tablet
The G11 / G11-G / G11 P Degassing Tablet is a refining and deoxidizing flux developed for use with all aluminum alloys. It effectively removes oxides, non-metallic inclusions, and undesirable impurities from molten aluminum, improving melt cleanliness, reducing casting defects, enhancing fluidity, and producing cast components with superior surface finish and mechanical properties.
This refining flux is suitable for aluminum foundries, die casting operations, and other aluminum casting applications requiring high-quality molten metal.

Instructions for Use
- 1. Preheat the tablets to 120–130°C (248–266°F) to remove any absorbed moisture.
- 2. Add the tablets directly into the molten metal.
- 3. After the refining process is complete, remove the slag from the melt surface.
- 4. Wait approximately 15 minutes before pouring the molten metal into the mold.
Important Notes
- Recommended dosage: 0.2–0.5% of the molten metal weight
- Recommended melt temperature: 700–750°C
- Store in a dry environment, as moisture may cause unwanted reactions and gas generation.
- Use only in well-ventilated areas.
- Avoid swallowing or inhaling the product.
- Prevent contact with skin and eyes.
- Wear a protective mask, heat-resistant gloves, and appropriate personal protective equipment during handling.
