Instructions for Use

Connect the spray gun to the compressed air system and lubricant container. Adjust the air pressure and spray pattern according to the process requirements. Hold the nozzle at an appropriate distance from the die surface and apply a uniform lubricant coating before each production cycle. Repeat the spraying process as required according to die temperature and operating conditions to maintain optimum lubrication and consistent production quality.
