Main Applications of Compound 03 Ladle Coating
Compound 03 is a specialized paste compound designed to provide a protective and non-stick coating on ladles, ladles and other ferrous tools used in the pressure casting of aluminum alloys. By forming a heat-resistant coating, this product prevents molten aluminum and metal oxides from sticking to the tool surface and improves equipment performance under harsh operating conditions.
Using Compound 03 reduces deposits, facilitates the cleaning process and extends the life of casting tools. It also increases production line productivity and reduces operating costs by reducing maintenance and preventing damage caused by molten metal sticking.

How to use Compound 03
- Clean the target surface (trowel or tool) and remove any loose material such as oxides or foreign matter.
- Heat the target tool to 150-160°C.
- Apply the product to the target surface with a non-flammable brush.
- Wait a few minutes for it to dry in the open air and heat again to 150-160°C.
- Repeat steps 2 to 4 if necessary.
Important notes
- Avoid storing in direct sunlight.
- Store at temperatures above +5°C and below +40°C.
- Use in a well-ventilated area.
- Do not swallow or inhale.
- Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
- Wear a mask and non-flammable gloves when using.
