Main Applications of RAM 120 Graphite Grease
RAM 120 is a paste-like anti-seize graphite grease and release agent developed for lubricating and protecting plunger assemblies in die casting and hot forging dies. By creating a temperature and pressure resistant lubricant layer, this product prevents metal from sticking to contact surfaces and ensures stable equipment performance under harsh working conditions.
RAM 120 is suitable for use in hot forging dies made of brass, steel, aluminum and various ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The special formulation of this product reduces friction, prevents cold welding (Anti-Seize), reduces wear of parts and increases the life of dies and plunger assemblies. How to use RAM 120
The product can be applied neat to the mold with a pad or brush.
