Description
Main Applications of Casting B/2 Plunger Oil
B2 Plunger Oil is a specialized high-viscosity lubricant made from high molecular weight lubricants and specially designed for the lubrication of injection pistons in the die casting process of aluminum alloys. By creating a stable and resistant lubricant film, this product minimizes friction and wear between the piston and the bushing and improves the performance of the injection system under high temperature and pressure conditions.
The advanced formulation of B2 Plunger Oil provides effective lubrication, reduces wear of parts and prevents molten metal from sticking to the injection system components. In addition to increasing the useful life of pistons and equipment, the use of this product reduces maintenance costs, reduces production line downtime and improves the quality of cast parts.
