RAM 200 is a premium water-based die casting lubricant specifically formulated for the high-pressure die casting of aluminum alloys. It creates a uniform lubricating film on the die surface, reducing metal adhesion, improving casting quality, extending die life, and enhancing production efficiency.

Directions for Use

RAM 200 is supplied as a concentrate and should be diluted with water before use.
Recommended dilution ratio: 1:100 to 1:200
