The Chinese-made Spray Gun is designed for the efficient and uniform application of die lubricants and release agents (Die Coat) onto dies used in die casting and hot forging processes. It ensures even coating, improves casting quality, minimizes molten metal adhesion, extends die life, and reduces lubricant consumption.

Instructions for Use

Connect the spray gun to the compressed air supply and the lubricant (Die Coat) container. Adjust the air pressure and spray pattern according to the application requirements. Position the nozzle at an appropriate distance from the die surface and apply a thin, uniform coating before each casting or forging cycle. Repeat the spraying process as required during production, depending on die temperature and operating conditions, to maintain optimal die protection and consistent product quality.
