SUMIDERA 167 is a high-performance graphite-based lubricant that, when diluted, is designed for lubricating dies in all types of drop forging hammers and hot forging presses. It is also suitable for lubricating tools in upsetter forging machines and rollers used in rolling processes. The product has been specifically developed for the forging of both ferrous (FE) and non-ferrous (NE) metals.

How to use Sumidera 167 lubricant
Sumidera 167 is usually diluted with water in a ratio of 1:5 to 1:15.
In special cases, such as damaged and cracked surfaces, temporary accumulation of the active substance is reasonable.
The lubricant-water-alloy must be constantly stirred to prevent the precipitation of graphite particles.
The application of the prepared mixture can be done using a brush, a manual spray or an automatic spray device.
