ECREMAL N27/G

Product Introduction

ECREMAL N27/G is a highly exothermic granular slagging-off flux developed for aluminum casting production using Al-Si alloys containing 5–13% silicon. It is designed for slag removal, melt covering, furnace and crucible wall cleaning, and light deoxidizing. The granular formulation ensures more uniform flux distribution, reduced dust generation during handling, and easier application while improving melt cleanliness and casting efficiency.

Instructions for Use

1. At the end of the melting process, spread ECREMAL N27/G evenly over the slag.
2. Wait a few minutes for the reaction to begin.
3. Mix the flux with the slag until complete separation of slag and metal is achieved and a dry, powdery slag is formed.
4. During mixing, avoid forcing the slag into the molten metal. Finally, skim off the slag.
