Main Applications of AS 280 Black Grease
AS 280 is a specialized anti-stick paste developed to prevent molten aluminum from sticking to critical surfaces of die casting molds. By creating a stable protective layer, this product prevents metal build-up, melt sticking and other common problems in sensitive mold areas and improves mold performance during the production process.
Due to its high effectiveness, AS 280 is applied in small amounts only to critical mold points such as edges, corners, slides and other areas prone to sticking. Using this paste reduces production stops, increases the quality of cast parts, reduces the need for frequent mold cleaning and increases the life of the mold.

How to use AS 280

- Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
- Use a mask and fireproof gloves when using.
