DRW-216 Conc. 18% Die Coat
DRW-216 Conc. 18% Die Coat is a water-based synthetic concentrated die lubricant developed for high-pressure die casting of aluminum and magnesium alloys. It forms a uniform protective film on the die surface, ensuring excellent release performance, reducing molten metal adhesion and die build-up, extending die life, and improving the surface quality of cast components.
Its concentrated formulation provides economical consumption while allowing the dilution ratio to be adjusted according to production requirements for consistent performance.

Instructions for Use
DRW-216 Conc. 18% Lubricant is supplied as a concentrate and must be diluted with water at an approximate ratio of 1:200 to 1:300 before use.
*Note: The dilution ratio depends on die temperature, alloy type, die design, machine settings, and other process parameters.
Shake the original container gently before use to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Apply the diluted solution evenly to the die surface using an automatic spray system or a manual spray gun.
Important Notes
- Recommended die temperature: 250°C–380°C
- Protect from direct sunlight.
- Store between +5°C and +35°C.
- Use only in well-ventilated areas.
- Avoid swallowing or inhaling the product.
- Prevent contact with skin and eyes.
- Wear a protective mask, heat-resistant gloves, and appropriate personal protective equipment during use.
