Product Introduction

Coveral N23 is a specialized furnace cleaning compound developed for cleaning melting furnaces used in die casting and foundry operations. It effectively removes slag, oxides, and stubborn deposits from furnace walls, improving heat transfer efficiency, reducing maintenance downtime, and extending furnace service life. Coveral N23 is intended exclusively for furnace cleaning and must not be used as a molten metal refining flux.

Instructions for Use

• 1. After completely emptying the furnace, spray Coveral N23 evenly onto the inner furnace walls.
• 2. Heat the furnace with a low flame, then scrape away the loosened slag and deposits from the surface.
  *Recommended consumption: 1.5–3 kg per square meter of furnace surface.
