Plunger Oil 1401 is a fully synthetic lubricant specifically developed for lubricating injection plungers in high-pressure aluminum die casting applications. It forms a durable lubricating film that minimizes friction and wear between the plunger and sleeve, ensuring smooth and reliable operation under high temperatures and demanding operating conditions.
In addition to injection plunger lubrication, Plunger Oil 1401 is also suitable for die cushion lubrication in deep drawing processes. How to use Plunger Oil 1401
The pure product can be applied both with a pad and with automatic systems on the piston (in die casting).
For dosing in the deep drawing process, apply in a cascade.

- Use in a well-ventilated area.
- Do not swallow or inhale.
- Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
